“Liam, fart one more time in this car, you’re walking home.” He giggled.
To him it was another one of his mother’s empty threats, and he had more foul gas to give.
“You’ll be sorry,” cried Liam as Miriam pulled over.
She was.
Hours later, Liam never came home.
Frantic, she drove all night, calling everyone including the police.
When she arrived back home, she found Liam sleeping under the patio, covered in dirt, but otherwise unharmed.
She never again got onto Liam for his toots, for she had learned a valuable lesson.
