The spaceship went from planet to planet
collecting the 51 types of entities.
They were all colors,
shapes,
and chemical compositions.
What they had in common
was their official inclusion in the
Intergalactic Federation of Intelligent Life.
The spaceship had one species left to get.
The little Kranliens, being Kranliens,
bounced and cheered
when the ship landed
on the green and blue planet.
“No,”
said the spaceship.
“This planet’s dominated
by a bipedal species
that is not yet ready.
We’re just making a pit stop.”
